Suzhou Xinyu Rail Transit Equipment Co., Ltd. is a forging production and processing enterprise specializing in the production of automotive parts, vehicle tools, various types of railway track pressure plates, railway track anti climbing devices, port machinery pressure plates, construction pressure plates, mechanical parts, as well as forging parts for industries such as ships and power.

The company covers an area of 46 acres and has a construction area of over 23000 square meters. There are standard forging production workshops, mechanical processing workshops, mold making workshops, and product packaging workshops. There are a total of 16 hot forging production lines, mesh belt furnace heat treatment assembly lines, and surface treatment equipment, which can produce various types of integral and partial forging products with different models and levels of requirements ranging from 0.2kg-10kg.

The company's mechanical processing and mold making workshop is equipped with CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC engraving machines, surface grinders, wire cutting and electric discharge machines, etc., which can meet the mold processing and product mechanical processing of all forged products.

The company has 8 departments including production, sales, procurement, quality, technology, administration, precision machining, and equipment. Among them, the technical department has 6 people responsible for the development of all products and mold design. All kinds of molds that can meet production needs are completely self-sufficient from design to processing. There are 7 people in the quality department and a dedicated laboratory has been established. It can perform spectral analysis of raw material elements, tensile, bending, fracture, impact testing, as well as hardness and metallographic analysis of products after heat treatment.
